United States Time Zones
The United States is covered by six timezones, four in the Continental states and two more in Hawaii and Alaska. Including the territories of the United States there are a total of 10 timezones. The United States follows Daylight Savings Time from March to November with the exception of Arizona and Hawaii. The United States is currently observing Daylight Savings Time.
